By accessing or using the Northern Rising LLC website (northernrising.org), booking an appointment, or interacting with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Nature of Services & Emergency Notice

Our website provides informational material regarding therapy, Mind-Body Medicine, and holistic wellness. Submission of an inquiry or scheduling a consultation does not by itself establish a formal psychotherapist-patient relationship until an intake agreement is formally signed.

3. Communication & SMS Consent (A2P 10DLC)

By providing your telephone number and checking the consent box during inquiry or consultation booking, you consent to receive informational, transactional, and promotional SMS messages from Northern Rising LLC, including appointment reminders, support messages, and occasional announcements about upcoming events and new program updates.

• Message frequency varies (appointment reminders typically 1–4 messages per booking, plus occasional event and program announcements).
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

4. Appointment Cancellations & Policies

We respectfully request at least 24 hours advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a booked consultation or session. Detailed cancellation and fee policies are provided within your clinical intake documentation.
